The Architectural Committee

Enforces the guidelines and requirements specified in the Homeowners Association Handbook. Monitors the neighborhood for possible and actual violations of the Handbook and responds to inquiries pertaining to exterior changes such as additions, alterations, or improvements sought by the homeowners on a case-by-case basis.

The Landscape Committee

Monitors and enforces the community standards for maintenance and appearance of the common areas as well as the regulations for trash. This committee may also notify homeowners of possible hazardous conditions which may exist in front of their homes.

The Covenants Committee

Has the primary responsibility for determining questions of compliance with the Declaration of Covenants and the power to impose reasonable disciplinary sanctions.
