What Is The Homeowners Association Annual Fee
Your home is part of a homeowners’ association (HOA), so the landscaping and common areas always look beautiful and well-maintained.
When you bought your home in an HOA or community association you became part of a common interest development. As a result, you’re required to share the costs of maintaining and operating your community’s common areas, systems equipment and shared amenities – and let’s face it, smooth operations and an inviting appearance go a long way towards enhancing property values. These services are covered by your homeowners’ association fees, which each homeowner must pay. Payments are assessed, annually.
Your fees are assessed annually and each homeowner receives a letter indicating the amount and any unpaid fees from previous years. You may pay the current year's assessment and any unpaid assessment for the previous year using the link below.
If you have unpaid assessments for years other than the current year and the previous year, you must contact the association manager Michael Brooks. There is no online payment option for other years.
Annual invoices are sent to homeowners June 1st
